Lamborghini เปิดตัวรถสปอร์ต Sixth Element ในงาน ปารีส มอเตอร์ โชว์ 2010 (Paris Motor Show 2010) หรือชื่ออย่างเป็นทางการที่บริษัทได้ส่งให้กับนักข่าว คือ Sesto Element จุดเด่นของรถคันนี้คือ น้ำหนักที่เบาระดับเทพ ที่เพียงแค่ 999 กิโลกรัมเท่านั้น เพราะโครงสร้างตัวถังที่ทำมาจากเทคโนโลยีคาร์บอนไฟเบอร์ลำสมัยนั่นเอง ส่วนเครื่องยนต์นั้นพกพาเครื่องบล๊อก V10 5.2 ลิตร ที่เคยติดตั้งใน LP 570-4 Superleggera ให้พละกำลังถึง 570 แรงม้า (PS) แบกน้ำหนัก 1 แรงม้าต่อตัวเฉลี่ยแค่ 1.75 กิโลกรัม อัตราแร่งจาก 0-100 กม./ชม. ที่ 2.5 วินาที ความเร็วสูงสุด 300 กม./ชม.
Finally, after much teasing, here it is, Lamborghini’s carbonfibre concept car – the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento. Unveiled on the eve of the 2010 Paris motor show at the Volkswagen Group’s massive pre-show party, it’s a sub-1000kg supercar with a 562bhp V10, and previews the future lightweight construction methods that Lambo will use on its next V12 supercar and other future models.
